This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the limited circumstances in which we share it. It covers this website and the internal business applications we operate for our employees and authorized users.

- Employment and tenancy information. Information necessary to administer employment, leases, work orders, and property operations.
- Application account information. Your account identifier and the settings you choose inside our internal applications, including a mobile telephone number if you choose to provide one.
- Technical information. Standard server and log information generated when you visit this website, such as the pages requested and the date and time of the request.
How we use information
- To operate, lease, and manage commercial property, and to administer work orders and maintenance.
- To provide shared business services, including information technology and asset management, to Axon and its affiliated operating companies.
- To communicate with you about operations, your account, and requests you make of us.
- To send operational notifications you have asked to receive, including text message alerts where you have separately consented.
- To meet legal, tax, insurance, and record-keeping obligations.
Categories of data sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only in the categories described below.
- Service providers. Vendors who process information on our behalf under contract, such as hosting, communications, and information technology providers, and who are permitted to use it only to provide those services to us.
- Affiliated companies. Our affiliated operating companies, where the shared business services described above require it.
- Professional advisers. Our attorneys, accountants, insurers, and auditors, where necessary and subject to their professional obligations.
- Legal and safety. Where required by law, legal process, or a governmental request, or where necessary to protect rights, property, or personal safety.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to the protections in this policy.
Mobile messaging & privacy
Axon Properties LLC and its affiliated companies send text messages only to their own employees and to individually authorized users of their internal business applications. These messages are operational and account-related. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we do not text the general public.
- How consent is obtained. Enrollment is optional and happens inside our internal applications. Providing a mobile number is never required, and a separate, unchecked consent checkbox must be selected before any message is sent. Consent is never a condition of employment or of using the application.
- What we send. Operational and account notifications — for example equipment, maintenance, and asset alerts — and replies to messages you send us.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

- Records. Consent is recorded, and an enrollment can be removed by the recipient or an administrator at any time. We do not purchase or import phone lists.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of data sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described above and to meet our legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may decline to provide a mobile telephone number, and you may withdraw text message consent at any time by replying STOP or by changing your notification settings. To ask what information we hold about you, or to request a correction, contact us using the details below.
Children
Our website and applications are intended for business use and are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
